The Nords were created by Odin the all father on Odinnheim to inhabit the lands and fight beside him against the frost giants. They are a resilient people, strong and are able to withstand much colder temperates that most other beings. They have a great fondness for adventure and exploration which has taken them to many shores over the centuries. They are also great warriors, familiar mostly with melee weapons such as the sword and axe.
The first Nords to land on the icy northern coast of Yarowyn were a people known as the Vroen. Other tribes landed shortly afterwards and there were a few tribal wars before the current Nordic realms were established.
